If there is one thing we who live in Santiago de Compostela have learned, it is that there are many ways to experience one of the most enriching and exciting journeys that can be made today.

That's why we created Proguías in 2019 as a travel agency. specialising in the Camino de SantiagoThe project, bringing together the experience of pilgrims and Camino specialists who have been working on it since 2010.

But it's not just an agency. Or not a conventional travel agency, at least. 

In the midst of the current model of fast tourism that covers everything, what we do is to organise active holidays for open-minded people who want to explore the world and understand, as we do, the transformative potential of travel rich in experiences and taken one step at a time, taking as long as it takes. 

This means that we treat each traveller individuallyWe tailor each programme to your needs and interests, and prepare it as if we were doing it for ourselves.

This is what our trips are like

Most of the trips we organise are self-guided, that is: you decide your own travel companions or when to travel alone, where to stop to enjoy the surroundings or to explore the margins of the Camino. We take care of the logistics, but you are in control and make the decisions and, in the end, you will have the satisfaction of having done it on your own.
